Committees will be formed each year and revised as necessary, depending on the priorities and fundraising efforts set for that year. Members may volunteer or be appointed to serve on any committee. A report should be given after the completion of each completed project.

Coordinate metals and awards for the activities that Sports Boosters are responsible for.

Evaluate and revise the by-laws and committees as needed.

This committee is responsible for communication with the parents, school staff, coaches and the community.

Responsible for concessions management, fulfilling expectations, coordination and working with volunteer committee for scheduling.

Construct an overall plan of activities for the year. Including, the organizations involved and a detailed outline of each activity.

Attend the athletic council meetings as a representative of the sports boosters.

Sport Representatives

Attend the school board meetings and be a liaison between the school board and the boosters.

Develop the guidelines, requirements and criteria of the scholarship. Establish the fund for the annual scholarship program. Oversee continuation of the program.

Maintain volunteer spreadsheet. Name a volunteer to act as liaison between the named sport and sports boosters.
